Invitations: Changing the data

Even after you have sent out an invitation you can still change the client's email address. You can only add new treatments or questionnaires to a care plan after the client has accepted your invitation.

You can find your outstanding invitations on the Clients page under the Not accepted tab. Here you can change the email address if necessary, resend the invitation, or remove it.

Sending the invitation again 

When your client has lost the invitation or has not received it for some reason you can resend the invitation. Search for the invitation in the overview under Not accepted and click on "Send Again". 

Removing the invitation

It isn't possible to add extra treatments or questionnaires to a care plan as long as the client has not yet accepted your invitation. When you still want to change the invitation or when the invitation is no longer relevent for some reason or other you can remove it. Search for the invitation in the overview under Not accepted and click on "Remove". 

Changing the email address and sending the invitation again

You can still change the email address you have entered after the invitation was sent, for example when the client would like to use a different address or when there is a typo in it. To change the email address you click on the pencil icon next to the email address. Change the email address and then click on the checkmark on the right of the text field to save the address. After that you can resend the invitation.
