I did not receive the reset password email

You would like to login to the platform but you don't remember your password. You have requested a new password but you didn't receive the email to reset it. So annoying! But fortunately there are some steps you can take to solve this.

Logging in through another system

Take note: The request new password feature only works if you login to the platform directly. If your account was registered through an external system you can only gain access via that system and you won't receive a reset password email from us.

Did you fill in the right email address?

You will only receive an email if the address you entered into the form is registered in our system. So please check if the email address you entered is the same as the one you received the invitation on.

Spam folder?

Check if the email ended up in your spam folder or junk mail. Oftentimes you will find the email when you search for messages from Therapieland or Gezondeboel specifically.

Active account?

You will only receive an email when your account is set to active in our system. So when you have deactivated your account or haven't activated it yet you won't receive an email to reset your password. If you are in doubt about this please contact the Helpdesk.
