Adjusting a program for a client

In a program that you have added for a client, you can hide sessions and steps or mark them as important. In this way, the client can focus on what is important and you can tailor the program to your client's needs and situation.

Invitation

You can only adjust programs that are already in a client's care plan. Therefore, send your client an invitation for a care plan first.

The client does not have to have accepted your invitation before you can adjust a program. You can start directly after you have sent the invitation.

Open your client's care plan from the Clients tab or from the "Not accepted" tab.

In the care plan, click on the name of the program that you want to adjust. A program consists of several sessions, and these sessions are divided into steps.

Within the program you have the option to mark sessions and steps as important or to hide sessions and steps for your client.

Highlighting a session or a step

By highlighting a session or a step, you indicate to your client that this session or step is extra important. Sessions or steps that have been hidden cannot be marked as "important".

You can highlight an entire session by clicking on the "important" icon in line with the name of the session, or by clicking on "Highlight all". The icon will be highlighed in yellow then.

If you want to highlight a single step you can expand the session with the arrow and click on the "important" icon in line with the name of the step.

You can always remove the highlight at a later moment.

What does the client see

The client will see the yellow "important" icon instantly next to the steps or sessies you have highlighted, on the progress page of the program. When all sessions are collapsed, the icon will denote that a step has been highlighted in that specific session.

The client will also see the icons in the program overview, when they are working in a step of a program.

Notifications

Your client will not receive a notification via email when you highlight a session or a step. When you adjust something in a program it is advisable to discuss this with your client.

Hiding a session or a step

By hiding sessions or steps you can tailor the information your client will see. In this way, you can also control the tempo in which your client works through the program.

You can hide an entire session by clicking on the "eye" icon in line with the name of the session, or by clicking on "Hide all".

If you want to hide a single step you can expand the session with the arrow and click on the "eye" icon in line with the name of the step.

Sessions or steps that have been hidden for the client are indicated with a crossed-through "eye" icon. You can not send chat messages about this step anymore. The chat icon will be grey and unclickable

Visible steps or sessions are indicated with a black icon.

When a client has already viewed a step, or when a chat message has been sent about the step, it is no longer possible to hide that step. The icon will be grey in such a case and unclickable.

What does the client (not) see

Sessions and steps you have hidden will no longer be visible for your client on the content page and in the program overview. The numbers of the sessions will adjust automatically. When the client clicks on "next" in a program, the hidden steps will also be skipped automatically.

Sessions and steps that were hidden before, you can make visible again for your client at a later moment. Even if the client has already passed these steps in the default flow of the program. A client will always be able to return to a previous step from the content page or the overview in a step itself.

Notifications

Your client will not receive a notification via email when you hide a session or a step, or if you make a step visible again at a later moment. When you adjust something in a program it is advisable to discuss this with your client.
