Questionnaires: The status of a questionnaire
When you have access to the questionnaire portal you can explore which questionnaires are available for your organisation on the Questionnaires page.
You can send a questionnaire to a client, view the results and download the results. The questionnaires in the client's care plan all have a certain status. In this article we explain what these statuses mean.
Due
All questionnaires have an 'available from' date. On this date the questionnaire will become available to fill out. Questionnaires also have a 'due date'. The due date is, by default, set to three weeks after the date the questionnaire become available to fill out. A questionnaire can no longer by filled out after the due date. In the care plan you will also see how many more days the questionnaire will be available.
Scheduled
The questionnaire has been scheduled on a date in the future and will become available on the assigned date. The person who has to fill out the questionnaire will receive an email with a link to the questionnaire a day after the 'available from' date.

Pending
The questionnaire is available for filling out. The person who has to fill out the questionnaire has received an email with a link to the questionnaire, but has not yet opened the questionnaire.

In progress
The questionnaire is available for filling out. The person who has to fill out the questionnaire has received an email with a link to the questionnaire and has opened the questionnaire, but has not yet completed it.

Completed
The questionnaire has been filled out and completed and the results are available. You can review the results by clicking on the 'Review' button.

Missed
This questionnaire has not been filled out before the due date and is no longer available. It is not possible to make it available again.
