Questionnaires: Reviewing the results

When you have access to the questionnaire portal you can explore which questionnaires are available for your organisation on the Questionnaires page.

You can send a questionnaire to a client, view the results and download the results.

Reviewing the results

You will receive a notification once a questionnaire has been completed. You can open the results from the email or the platform notification under the bell icon. You can also view the results from the client's care plan. 

In the care plan you will see the name of the questionnaire and a status. The status Completed means that results are available. When you click on the arrow, more information about the questionnaire will become visible, as well as the button to display the results. 

Click on the 'Review' button to open the results page.
