The Assistant is an AI tool from Therapieland that can help you find the most suitable programs. Below, we answer frequently asked questions about this tool.

Where can I find the Assistant?

You can start the Assistant by clicking the star icon at the top of the page. You can also close the Assistant by clicking the icon again.

How do I use the Assistant?

Describe the complaints, experiences, and symptoms of the client for whom you are looking for programs. Based on your description, the Assistant can search our selection for the programs that best suit the client's situation. Please be careful not to enter any personal information that could be traced back to the client.

What are the limitations of the Assistant?

The Assistant can (currently) only help find suitable programs. To do this, we have provided the Assistant with basic knowledge about our program offerings. The Assistant does not have access to any other information and therefore cannot answer questions about other features or content types within Therapieland.

Furthermore, the Assistant is not yet able to ask follow-up questions to verify that the answer is complete and that the professional's questions have been adequately answered.

Can my clients talk to the Assistant?

No, the Assistant is a tool for professionals. Clients cannot talk to it.

Why does the Assistant recommend programs that aren't available to me?

The Assistant searches through Therapieland's entire offering and isn't (yet) aware of which programs are available to specific users. Therefore, the search results aren't filtered based on this.

Where can I leave feedback about the Assistant?
