On the Programs page you can browse through available programs. You can also add a program to a care plan from here.
Filter function en search bar
When you select a target group, such as adults you will only see the programs that are suitable for this target group. You also have the option to search for a specific program by name. To do this you can type a name into the search bar.
Theme selection
In the column on the left you can filter programs by theme. By selecting various themes you will only be shown the programs that fit within that theme, Lifestyle or Trauma for example.
When you have selected a certain theme and then search for a program by name, you will only be shown the programs that fit within that theme and that match your search term.
The platform will remember your selection and query. This means you can view the information about a certain program and then go back to the list of programs without having to select the theme again.
Viewing Program content
When you have selected a program you will see an overview of important information about it. If you want to read all the information you can click on Show more. This will expand the content in the information panel. Clicking Show less will collapse the content again.
You can expand the sessions one by one by clicking on the arrows or all at once by clicking on Expand all. When you click on a step (‘Welcome' for example') the videos and exercises will appear.
Outside package
You can only invite clients for treatments that are in your organisations package. Treatments that are not in your package will show a price tag instead of a plus symbol and if you hover over them with your mouse a message pops up saying Outside package. It is possible to add these treatments to your package for a fixed amount per professional and per year. Please contact your customer success manager for this or send us a request through this form.
Adding a treatment to a care plan
- Click on the plus symbol of the treatment you want to add
- Type the name of the client into the search bar and press enter.
- Select the client.
- Click on Add.
