When you are working on a treatment the professional who invited you will have access to your assignments. In some cases it can be useful to give access to another professional as well.
When this person does not have an account for our platform you can invite them for the professional environment.
This option is not meant for inviting friends and family, for them certain treatments have a social environment.
Sending an invitation
You can invite someone for the professional environment by going to the treatment you want to invite them for and then scrolling down to the bottom of the page. Under the heading 'Invite professional' there is a button with that same text. When you click on this you will see a form in which you can enter the name and the email address of the person you want to invite. You can also add a message to your invitation.
Further on you can select the treatments you want to share with this professional. That could be all of them, but you can also make a selection.
When you have filled in the whole form you click on the 'Invite' button at the bottom of the page to send out the invitation. The person you have invited will now get an email with a link to accept the invitation and to create an account.
Network
If the person you have invited for the professional environment accepts your invitation they will be added to your network. You will be able to send eachother messages via our platform then. We explain how to do that in the following article: I want to get in contact with my professional
