I have been invited to view someone's care plan

Clients and professionals can give professionals of other organizations access to a care plan, to view programs or questionnaires. We can provide you with an account with limited access when you have been invited for this.

When you have been invited to view a program by a client, or by a professional of a different organization, you first receive an invitation email.

If you do not have a Therapieland or Gezondeboel account yet, you can request one from us by clicking on the button in the email. If you already have an account, you can log in to that to accept the invitation.

You can fill in your personal details en some information about your organization in the registration form. We use this data to create an account for you. 

We verwerken jouw aanvraag binnen twee werkdagen. Het kan zijn dat we nog aanvullende vragen hebben over jouw aanvraag voordat we een account voor je aanmaken, bijvoorbeeld als niet duidelijk is wat jouw relatie is tot de cliënt. 

We will process your request within two business days. It could be that we have some additional questions about your request before we can create an account for you, for example when it is not clear what your relationship to the client is.

Wanneer we jouw aanvraag hebben verwerkt ontvang je twee mails van ons: een bevestigingsmail en een mail om een wachtwoord in te stellen voor jouw account. 
When we have processed your request, you will receive two emails from us:  a confirmation email and an email to set a password for your account. 

Where do I find the care plan that was shared with me?

Je vind de informatie over de cliënt daarna terug op de pagina Cliënten onder het tabblad "Gedeeld".
You can find the information about the client under the "Shared" tab on the Clients page.

You can find more information about monitoring a client's progress in this article.
With a viewer account you can not invite clients or make any changes to the care plans under the "Shared" tab. You can exchange messages with the clients for whose care plans you were invited.
