The dashboard is your starting point for the platform. Here you will find the most important information for your account at a glance and from here you will be able to navigate to other pages.
Navigation
In the navigation menu you will find the links to your care plan, containing your programs and questionnaires and to your monitors. In the menu on the left side of the page you will also find your account settings and you can click on help to read our support articles. Furthermore, you will also find the logout button here.
On the top right of the page you will find the icons that link to the chat and notifications.
In the resource center, that you can find under the icon at the bottom-right of the page, you can find contact details for the Helpdesk, tutorials about the platform, and important announcements.

Support and contact. Clicking on this icon will open our support page with articles that might answer your question. | |
Notifications. When something has been changed in your account or care plan you will see a notification of it here. | |
Chat. Here you can send someone a message or read messages you have received. | |
Settings. Here you can change your email address and password, generate backup tokens for 2-factor authentication and switch between languages. | |

Here you can find your care plans containing treatments and questionnaires you have been invited for. | |
Here you can get started with using monitors. You can choose between two types of monitors that will help you get insight into your emotions and behavior. |
Dashboard
The dashboard will show you information about:
- The treatments you have recently been invited for or worked on.
- The possibility to start a Self-help treatment.
- Your monitors and the option to create a new one.
- A video with information about using the platform.
