Adding a new client - user guides for professionals

You can invite a new client for a care plan by following the steps described here. If you want, you can add programs or questionnaires to the care plan straightaway, but you can also leave the care plan empty at first.

Adding a new client

Click on ‘add client’ to create a new care plan for a client.

In the next step, you can choose what type of care plan you want to create: with or without an email address.

Choose 'Yes' if you want the client to be able to log in to an account and work on programs by themself.

Choose 'No' if your client does not have their own email address or does not need an account. You can not work on programs in this type of care plan. It is only for filling out a questionnaire together with a client, or for care plans with only informant questionnaires.
You can find more information about creating this type of care plan in the article: Inviting a client without an email address. The rest of this article assumes you have selected the 'Yes' option.

Client data

Fields with a *star* are required. You can enter the date of birth manually with  "/ " between the numbers or you can select a date by using the calendar.

The email address you fill in here is used to create an account for your client. They will need to use this email address to log in.

Add to a care plan

Here you can select programs and/or questionnaires. You will only see the questionnaires tab if your organization has a licence for our questionnaire portal.

By checking the boxes for children/youth/adults you can filter on programs for these specific groups. To search for a specific program or questionnaire you can type the name into the search field.

Finalize

Do you want to add a goal to the care plan? It encourages the client to work better. This goal is visible for you both. Check if you have filled in every field in the form, if that is the case all three steps will have a checkmark. If you've missed something that step will still show a number. When you are done, click on Send invitation.
